Terms of Service

1. Refund Policy

No refund is provided once services are remitted. Linkedify.Me provides custom services for each client. You acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be given for failure to secure employment or failure to receive an interview from a prospective employer.  Linkedify.Me has no control over who views your LinkedIn profile or the amount of views and makes no guarantees or promises regarding your job search, search for a promotion or similar.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Linkedify.Me (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Linkedify.Me, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of our services or your breach of the terms of this Terms and Conditions.  

3. Description of Services

We will provide our services to you in accordance with the following procedures:

1. We provide a variety of services geared toward optimizing your LinkedIn profile as well as content for postings on LinkedIn and a full package of career services.

2. Once payment is made and a appropriate information is supplied to Linkedify.Me, we will provide services within 24 hours.

4. User Obligations
• You must be 19 years or older to use this Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Sharing your account with others.
• Attempting to interfere with the security features of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Linkedify.Me and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Linkedify.Me be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Service.

10. Venue and Governing Law
You agree that any legal dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be filed in  Orange County Superior Court located in Orange County, California, US. 

The Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the State of California, and will be interpreted in accordance with California law.
